WORKSHOPS AT SAJHA FOOTBALL STADIUM, RANCHI, JHARKHAND

Conducted a general fitness exercise camp for all members and given explanation about health, fitness, exercise & diet. Doctors, Executives etc have taken part in this workshop free of cost & get benefited.
The workshop was followed by the 2nd session on “Special Population” i.e. People with injuries like Knee & Back pain etc. A corrective exercise session was conducted one on one with physical ailments. Got cured 95% to 100% in just one training session.
